The exercises included in this system will be shown as weekly training videos by Dr. Natan Raghav. U which concentrates on enhancing an archers’ core, back, and shoulder stability including mobility, strength, and control. This method is efficient to meet the physical requirements of compound, traditional, and Olympic recurve archers.
HOW IT WORKS
Once you enrol in Eagle Archery Academy you will be assessed for injury screening and movement pattern analysis, followed by access to the entire training program. The schedule for each week will be taught in person. Duration of the program is 12 weeks. Bands and light dumbbells are required for training.
WHY IT IS NECESSARY
Strength as well as Endurance
An archer must have enough strength to resist pressure and make movements while carrying a burden. Stamina is necessary for an archer to avoid weariness and to retain precision.

Mobility
An archer needs sufficient range of motion in the spine, shoulder blades, and shoulder joints to access positions and motion throughout the shot without experiencing resistance or tightness

Control
An archer needs control in his shoulders to regulate its movement, locate placements, and maintain form throughout each repetition.

Stability
An archer needs a stable shoulder girdle and stable shoulder joints in order to withstand stresses, maintain balance, and carry out precise movements
