S N Udheyakumar works as a C.E.O at Eagle Archery Academy. He has over 10 Years of experience in the field of Coaching and Developing Sports with special focus and expertise in the field of Archery developing and designing techniques, creating user manuals, coaching national and international archers as per FITA regulation. Preparing the archers mentally and physically to champion target archery with exceptional ability to perform the sport rhythmically and accurately to showcase their skill with international standards.
First to develop Para Archery in Tamilnadu in the year 2010, Trained 8 disabled students and represented in the Para National Archery championship in 2011 held at Amravati Maharashtra and won 8 Silver Medals and 2 Bronze Medals. In 2012 Para National Archery championship the same team won 3 Gold Medals, 5 Silver Medals and 2 Bronze Medals.
Introduced Archery as an event in University of Madras in the year 2012
Trained Tamilnadu Government Police Team for National Police Meet (Archery Championship) held at Sonipet, Haryana in the year 2014.
Introduced Archery in school level competition from 2015
Being a C.E.O of Eagle Archery Academy he is actively involved in organizing various Archery competition including 1st PYKKA championship, State and National level Championships – December 2008.
He has lead a team to 1st Asian Archery Cup Championship held at Bangkok Thailand, during the year May 2011 as C.E.O. Under my able motivation, Indian contingent returned India with its first ever International Medal in Para Archery Competition.
S N Udheyakumar led the Indian team in the IWAS World Junior Games held at Stadskanaal, Netherlands – July 2015. Won 8 Gold, 7 Silver and 2 Bronze Medals – Indian contingent came fifth out of 25 countries took part in the event.
S N Udheyakumar led the Indian team as a Technical Observer in the Para Asian Games Held at Incheon, South Korea –October 2014.
S N Udheyakumar was nominated as the Sports Development Officer in Paralympic Committee of INDIA in the year 2015.
S N Udheyakumar presently serves as the CEO of Eagle Sports Consulting an organization with a vision of changing people’s lives using Sports as a medium. Mr Udheyakumar has a vast experience in organizing tournaments and sporting events. He has represented India in several Countries as a Manager. His mission is to produce “Olympians from nowhere”

- Played for Eagle Archery Academy in Thailand Princess Cup held at Bangkok, Thailand in 2014.
- Represented SRM University in the All India Inter University Archery Championship (FORM 3) held at Punjab University, Patiala, Punjab in 2015-2016.
- First person to do a research on Archer’s Plank and has published two international research articles in Archery.
- With all the experiences gathered over this 15 years of playing Archery and the knowledge gained in his course of study as a physiotherapist he has constructed this exercise system to assist the archers and maximize their potential.
My goal is to ensure that every archer gets to explore the ways in which archery can improve their lives and them self as a person. This not only includes winning tournaments or successful scoring, but also using archery as a platform to refine character, build discipline, and endure challenges.
